We are looking for experienced A&P Mechanics and Apprentice Technicians to join our team in South Florida. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing annual inspections, scheduled maintenance, and unscheduled repairs on both piston and jet aircraft.
Experienced A&P Mechanics:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate jets and piston aircraft.
- Work on top-line corporate aircraft at our brand-new facility.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and pilots.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid A&P license and personal tools.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on aircraft in a maintenance environment.
- Proficiency in aircraft maintenance repair, line maintenance, MRO, and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality service under tight deadlines.
Apprentice Technicians:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced A&P mechanics with maintenance tasks on piston and jet aircraft.
- Gain hands-on experience and training in a professional environment.
- Explore opportunities for advancement and career growth within the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Keen interest in aviation and a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for pursuing A&P certification (training provided).
