We are looking for experienced A&P Mechanics and Avionics Technicians to join our team in South Florida. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing annual inspections, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled repairs, and avionics installations on both piston and jet aircraft.

 

A&P Mechanic with IA

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician with both Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification and Inspection Authorization (IA) to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex aircraft inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform annual inspections, progressive inspections, and major repairs on aircraft
  • Approve aircraft for return to service following major repairs or alterations
  • Conduct detailed airworthiness inspections and sign off on aircraft maintenance
  • Inspect aircraft components, systems, and structures for wear, damage, or defects
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using technical documentation
  • Complete and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Interpret and apply technical manuals, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives
  • Supervise and mentor junior A&P mechanics
  • Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
  • Active FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) certification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an A&P mechanic
  • In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations
  • Experience with both piston and turbine aircraft preferred
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
 

A&P Avionics Aircraft Mechanic

We’re seeking specialized avionics technicians with extensive experience in Garmin avionics installations and maintenance, particularly for Cirrus, Beechcraft, and Citation aircraft. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in complex avionics systems and a proven track record of successful Garmin installations.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute complete Garmin avionics installations, upgrades, and modifications 
  • Perform comprehensive avionics troubleshooting and repair, including integrated system diagnostics
  • Install and configure autopilot systems, navigation equipment, and communication systems
  • Conduct detailed pre- and post-installation testing using specialized Garmin test equipment
  • Manage Garmin software/database updates and system configurations
  • Perform required inspections and testing according to FAA regulations and Garmin specifications
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all avionics work, modifications, and testing procedures
  • Interface with engineering teams for complex avionics integrations and modifications
 
Requirements:
  • Valid FAA A&P license
  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated avionics experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Garmin avionics installations and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of aircraft electrical systems and avionics architecture
  • Experience with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized avionics test equipment
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Garmin factory training certifications
  • Experience with specific platforms:
  • Cirrus SR20/SR22/SF50 Vision Jet avionics systems
  • Beechcraft King Air/Baron/Bonanza integrated flight decks
  • Citation series flight management systems
  • Familiarity with technical publications and wiring diagrams
  • Background in troubleshooting complex digital systems
  • Knowledge of fiber optic systems
  • The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work methodically in a safety-critical environment. Must be able to interpret complex technical documentation and maintain precise installation records.

  • Perform comprehensive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate jets and piston aircraft.
  • Work on top-line corporate aircraft at our brand-new facility.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and pilots.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid A&P license and personal tools.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working on aircraft in a maintenance environment.
  • Proficiency in aircraft maintenance repair, line maintenance, MRO, and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service under tight deadlines.
